Anzhi Makhachkala now want Ashley Cole!

Yesterday we reported how Billionaire owned Russian Club Anzhi Makhachkala were entering their own game of Fantasy Football with their eyes on several high profile players including Van Persie, Anelka, Lampard, Gerrard, Nene amongst a few names on their wish list.

Today comes news that  Suleyman Kerimov would be prepared to offer Chelsea Left back Ashley Cole £200,000 a week to sign on.

Cole's contract at Chelsea runs out next year and Brazilian legend Roberto Carlos, who is set to retire next season and take up a role as a coach at the club, has recommended Ashley Cole as the man to be his successor at the club.

The wages will surely be tempting for the defender who is already 30 years old now, we will see!
